Juban is usually brightly colored and made of silk or cotton (the colors are meant for good luck and to ward off evil spirits)
the collar is often white and may have many layers of fabric that have been sewn over the collar throughout the years
the perfect length for lounging

This particular silk crepe Juban is made from Silk Crepe
it is mostly unlined for Summer and has cotton lining along the shoulders only
it has the loveliest print of carnations and other flowers with a pink swirl river pattern that runs throughout and red bridges in between
white ribbon sash is included
