vintage kimono robe, sheer Summer Yukata style
black non-lining with a gorgeous basket and rope pattern in silk thread
This particular Yukata kimono is made in the RO style, most likely rayon- looks almost like a fine mesh.
Ro fabric is loosely woven from very fine threads, creating sheer, airy, summer kimono. Horizontal and vertical lines are shown by the gaps in the weave, created by braiding pairs of threads over one central thread.
